By purchasing a custom, you are entering an agreement with Your Spooky Girl Digitals (Desiree Herrera) and are agreeing to all terms stated herein. Desiree, also stated as "designer/artist" retains set terms to the artwork regardless of exclusivity. The work created for & existing within the final product may not be reused, resold, or claimed as being created by anyone other than the designer. No artwork created by the designer may be deconstructed, recreated, or altered. This includes but is not limited to, changing colors, composition, cropping, derivative art, etc. Breaking the terms stated may result in prohibition of purchasing any future artwork created by the designer.

All questions/concerns should be emailed to yourspookygirlart@gmail.com. Communication for your custom will take place via email; personal messages will not be replied to & may result in a delay of your custom.

Turn around time begins from the moment the total is paid in full. Turn around time is 4 weeks (28 business days); Weekends & holidays do not count as business days. Additional time may be added to turn around time in the event that communication from buyer is taking longer than anticipated or if additional revisions beyond those included are added. Up to 2 revisions are included with the purchased custom. Additional revisions will incur an additional fee, up to $15, per revision.

[PNG, Seamless, and Logos will each be their own separate listing. For matching PNG & Seamless, this will be two separate listing purchases. Changes to existing customs are also available for an additional fee. (E.g. New colorway, multiple colorways, layout]

Exclusive digitals will include exclusive use rights granted to the buyer. Main elements of an exclusive design will not be reused, however, small "filler" elements may be reused in future files.

Non-exclusive digitals will be resold with a different colorway at 10-15 stock. All designers rights as stated above are in effect.

When submitting your idea and going through design consultation, be sure to provide as much detail as possible for your custom. Inspiration pictures are helpful but not required; inspiration pictures SHOULD NOT be the work of other designer/artist's work. Color palettes, general vibes, or examples of prior work created by the designer are helpful in determining what you would like for your custom. You may request creative freedom based on a few guidelines you provide. Please keep in mind, creative freedom allows the designer to make artistic decisions that the designer chooses and you may not request a refund/cancellation based on the results from creative freedom, nor will you be allowed revisions beyond those already included without incurring additional fees.

The designer may choose to decline your custom idea due to the topic or if it is something they already planned to create for their platform.
The designer may choose to decline any idea such as those listed below:
*Copy/remake of another designers work
*Anti-religion
*Politics
*Hateful/problematic
*Complexity
*Not a good fit

This list does not encompass all possible reasons/themes for not taking on your custom.
